We have the technology.  What we need is the leadership and the will to end our dependence on foreign oil in the next decade.  We have a national emergency and we are at war and our money woud be better spent on developing wind, solar, geothermal, and plasma converter power and developing our infrastructure instead of sending 700 billion dollars to our enemies.
